Quality Oversight and Technical Advisory Team

The Quality Oversight and Technical Advisory Team is the primary Team in the National Flight Procedures Office (NFPO) providing quality assurance reviews of instrument flight procedure development. This Team provides standardization and policy for the NFPO, reviews and provides implementation strategies for new and evolving aerospace technologies. This Team develops and provides training for the NFPO personnel and oversees all technical training programs. This Team manages a 24/7 NOTAM operation for the NFPO. This NOTAM service provides responsive NOTAM service based on navigational aid outages impacting instrument flight procedures in the National Airspace System.
